This document outlines the Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") for users of the HealthSaving platform, which facilitates travel arrangements and medical service discovery for self-funded health diagnostics, surgeries, and wellness procedures globally.

HealthSaving is a concierge service, not a healthcare provider or insurer. By using our platform, users agree to these T&Cs in full.

2. Scope of Services

  • HealthSaving offers support with:
    • Discovering medical clinics and treatment options
    • Booking diagnostic tests and surgeries with licensed third-party providers
    • Travel and accommodation recommendations
    • Access to selected concierge support during the trip
  • We do not provide:
    • Medical advice
    • Diagnosis or treatment
    • Clinical recommendations

3. Medical Disclaimer

All medical services are delivered by third-party licensed providers. HealthSaving assumes no responsibility for outcomes of diagnosis, treatment, or procedures conducted by these providers.

Users are encouraged to consult with their own healthcare professionals before undertaking any medical service arranged through HealthSaving.

4. Booking & Payments

  • HealthSaving may collect a concierge fee, and in some cases, deposits on behalf of clinics.
  • The remaining balance (if any) must be paid directly to the clinic.
  • Prices are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility will depend on the policies of third-party providers.
  • HealthSaving's concierge fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
  • Any refund requests for clinical services must be addressed directly with the provider.

6. Travel Arrangements

  • HealthSaving may assist with travel and hotel recommendations or bookings through partners.
  • Responsibility for missed flights, visa issues, or travel disruptions lies with the user.

7. Insurance

  • Users are strongly advised to purchase international travel and health insurance.
  • HealthSaving does not assume liability for:
    • Medical complications
    • Emergency treatments
    • Losses due to delays or cancellations

8. Consent & Waiver

  • Users must sign a consent form acknowledging:
    • HealthSaving is not liable for clinical outcomes
    • All treatments are agreed upon directly with the provider
    • They accept the risks of medical travel

9. Data Privacy

  • All personal and health data collected will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
  • We aim to comply with GDPR and HIPAA standards where applicable.
  • No medical data is shared without user consent.

10. Governing Law
